Headers / Table of Contents
Each key article contains a table contents. The Table of Contents contains clickable links, taking a user directly to that section of the page. The Table of Contents is built automatically based on the headers (H1-H5) in the article.

Video
Expert has an integration with YouTube, making it easy to embed videos hosted there. If another video hosting platform is used, the embed code can be added to place the video in an article.
Video files may be attached to an article, but will not display within the article and the end users must download the file to watch it.

Links
Links can be placed in any article, and may be either internal or external links. Internal links can be configured to open in the same browser window, a new tab, or within a Contextual Help popup window which allows the end users to view the linked article without leaving their place. The first link in every key article is configured to be a Contextual Help Popup.
External links are automatically opened in a new tab for security reasons. This configuration cannot be changed.

Path
Paths are a way to string a series of pages together to walk the end user through a specific topic or steps in a process. The pages in a path can come form anywhere on the site, they do not have to reside in the same Guide or Category.
