In-Person Returns
If you’d rather return your order in person, we’ll issue a refund for merchandise in original, unworn condition, with tags attached, within 45 days of shipment confirmation. Simply bring your items along with the accompanying packing slip to any clothing store and we will process your return on the spot.
Please note, clothes.com items cannot be returned to Macy’s stores, and Macy’s will not honor price adjustments on clothes.com merchandise.
